Ferenc Fülöp played as a professional footballer for MTK for 9 years between 1977 and 1986 before signing for the Belgian club, Olympic Charleroi, where he spent three years in a row. He moved back with his family to Hungary in 1993, and started to use his knowledge and professional exerience as a sports leader. He started to work for the Hungarian Federation as a technical director, but an unrejectable offer came in in 1995 from his beloved club MTK. He became director of the club and worked for the blues for 11 successful years. He started to work as an agent in March 2006, to help as many players achive their goals as possible. He established his own company, Football Management Forever Hungary Kft. in June 2012.
